Scheduled maintenance of BPP on June 4th between 5.00 pm and 7.00 pm CET

Our news item published on June 1st  mentioned that you may receive an incorrect notification when submitting a subsequent action in the PCT procedure.

Our supplier has identified the problem and will implement the necessary changes to Online Filing on Thursday June 4th between 5.00 pm and 7.00 pm CET.

This implies that you will not be able to use the Benelux Patent Platform (BPP) during this period.

We have listed the consequences for you below: 

  • The NL Patent Register will not be accessible;
  • MyPage will not be accessible;
  • You will not be able to make payments via MyPage. However, you can still submit a payment instruction by email;
  • You can continue to use Online Filing. Submitted new applications and documents will be stored on a separate server. After completion of the maintenance, these documents will be imported into BPP with the correct filing date.
