Online Filing

The Netherlands Patent Office has implemented the new Online Filing application. 

This web-based application allows you to submit application forms and documents for the following procedures: 

• Netherlands patent application
  • Filing an application
  • Subsequent actions
• Validation of a European patent for the Netherlands
  • Submission of translations
  • Subsequent actions
• PCT application
  • Submission of an application
  • Subsequent actions
