Issues when submitting PCT documents

After sending a subsequent action in the PCT procedure, you may receive the following message: “Error sending submission to back office”
The Netherlands Patent Office does receive your submission on the server, but the information is not automatically imported into our back-office system. For the time being, we will be transferring this information manually.
Our supplier has identified the problem and will solve it as soon as possible.
