• Send search reports *: processed until 27/09/2026

Management of granted patents

• Payments: processed until 22/10/2026
• A-publications: processed until 09/10/2026
• B-publications: processen until 09/10/2026
• Patent certificates: processed until 20/10/2026
• Priority certificates: processed until 15/10/2026
• Deeds: processed until 13/10/2026
• SPC’s: processed until 26/10/2026
• PCT: processed until 22/10/2026

European translations

• EPNL-validations: processed until 12/10/2026   

*  This concerns the administrative handling of the completed search reports. 

It may happen that a process has a specific file pending.
