Scheduled Maintenance of BPP on 12 and 13 June 2026

Due to the deployment of release 2.11 and maintenance on the Benelux Patent Platform (BPP), the BPP system will be unavailable between Friday, June 12th  16.00 CET and Sunday, June 14th. 

We have listed the consequences for you below:

• The NL Patent Register will not be accessible;
• MyPage will not be accessible;
• You will not be able to make payments via MyPage. However, you can still submit a payment instruction by email;
• You can continue to use Online Filing. Submitted new applications and documents will be stored on a separate server. After completion of the maintenance, these documents will be imported into BPP with the correct filing date.
