Deadline payment first annual fee for Netherlands patent no longer extended

When a Netherlands patent was granted within two months of the grant date, the deadline for payment of the first annual fee would be extended. As the Dutch law does not provide for this extension in relation to Netherlands patents, we will stop with this practice.

In these cases too, you must pay the first annual fee before the grant date. After that date you have to pay a penalty fee.
