Update 2 - status problems in correspondence section MyPage

In the September 2nd  post about the correspondence status problem, we reported that MyPage would function normally today. 

Unfortunately, it appears that the adjustments have not solved the problem. The investigation into the cause has been taken up with high priority.  We are currently unable to indicate the timeframe for resolving this issue. 

When new information about this issue is available, we will post it on the portal. 

If you have signed up for notification emails then you will normally receive a notification immediately. A message about a malfunction will be sent immediately and other messages the next morning.
Unfortunately, yesterday afternoon's post was not sent immediately.  And earlier this afternoon, a notification was accidentally sent with the September 2nd post.
