New Online Filing Update

Netherlands Patent Office (Octrooicentrum Nederland) has completed testing of the PCT forms. These tests have shown that certain components are not yet functioning as intended. Some issues remain, which our IT supplier will resolve in collaboration with the EPO.

We expect to test the revised PCT forms in the pilot environment in September 2025. If these tests are successful, the new Online Filing application will go live shortly thereafter.

The manual outlines the steps you can already take to prepare for this transition.

If your organisation has multiple employees submitting forms, we recommend entering the ID number of the main representative under 'Agent'  this is the number under which you are known to us. You can request this number by sending an email to: teamverlening@rvo.nl.
