Announcement: Scheduled Maintenance of BPP on 17 and 18 July 2025

Due to the implementation of release 2.09 and maintenance work on the Benelux Patent Platform (BPP), the BPP system will be unavailable on Thursday, July 17 and Friday, July 18 between 16:00 and 24:00.

We have listed the consequences for you below:

•    The NL Patent Register will not be accessible;
•    MyPage will not be accessible;
•    You will not be able to make payments via MyPage. However, you can still submit a payment instruction by email;
•    You can continue to use the online filing module. Submitted new applications and documents will be stored on a separate server. 

After the network infrastructure has been updated, these documents will be imported into BPP with the correct filing date.
