Changes in the Netherlands Patent Register

With the deployment of release 2.10, some descriptions in the Netherlands Patent Register will be changed.

New labels for restoration, internal and external appeal procedures

The Netherlands Patent Office will use different labels in the restoration, internal and external appeal procedures. This only applies to new files.

The table below lists the old and new names.

Annotation unitary patent in the Netherlands Patent Register amended

For a unitary patent, the following text will be included in the Netherlands Patent Register:

NL: “Zie de actuele status in het UPP register van het EOB. In geval er geen sprake is van éénheidswerking, zie het eRegister” 

EN:  “Please see the UPP register at the EPO for up-to-date Information. In case unitary effect is not applicable, please see the eRegister”
